3/10 update: Joe is still hospitalized at a Specialty Hospital in Charleston. While he’s made miraculous improvements that saved his life, he has a long road to complete recovery ahead of him. He is working hard to become more mobile as he still has limited use of his arms and legs. His next stop will be inpatient rehabilitation. Joe Peyton is currently hospitalized at WVU Hospital/Camden Clark with severe COVID Pneumonia. Joe has been in a medically induced coma and on a ventilator since Monday, January 25. Anyone that knows Joe, knows that he prides himself on caring and providing for Wendy and his children; Willow, Jack and Finn. Family and friends have been asking how they can help during this difficult time, and they are so grateful for such kindness. Joe's income is impacted while he is unable to work and medical bills are mounting.
