On Monday, September 8th, Joe Norgaard was doing his surveying work in New Market Township and was hit by a vehicle. Joe did not survive his injuries.

Family and friends of Joe are heartbroken. He leaves behind two young sons and their mother, Courtney.

While lives have been thrown into chaos, one thing is clear: Joe is loved by so many people and has touched so many lives. The calls and messages of support have been overwhelming.

Joe's memorial service will be held at the Hyland Hills Chalet on September 23rd, 2025. Visitation begins at 10:00 am with a service following at 11:00 am.
