Joseph was arrested for allegedly stalking his ex-wife, who was set to lose custody of their son this month, filed a false police report. There is reason to believe the prosecution is direct retaliation for his covid lawsuits.
Bond is $50K even though the entire case rests on the allegations of his ex-wife who was found guilty of serious
child neglect in 2019

If found guilty, Joe is looking at a prison sentence of several years. HE IS INNOCENT! There’s ample proof the ex was not afraid of him on laptop and cellphone.
