Joe, Maria and A.J. Denson

Hi, my name is Amy and I’m married to Joe Denson’s brother Mike. In December of 2021, Joe was treated for what was initially thought to be a urethra blockage. While healing from surgery, Joe developed a major infection. Joe has been in and out of the hospital since December treating the infections. After being admitted, I believe 6 different times ( I honestly lost count because of how frequently he has been in and out) with recurrent infections, they have found Cancer. During this whole ordeal, Joe also had two mild heart attacks, resulting in cardiac stents being placed. This presents big problems with treating the cancer. Without cardiac clearance and the presence of recurrent infections they haven’t determined treatment for the cancer yet. He is very, very sick and his spirits are low as well. His FMLA benefits ran out in April, therefore there has been no money coming in for Maria and A.J. This is an added stressor in an already scary situation. Anyone who knows Joe, knows he’s a pretty proud guy and hasn’t asked for any financial help. Please help us, help him. We love him and know a lot of others do too! They deserve a little break and I hope we can raise enough money to just let them all breathe for a little bit. ❤️ I know people don’t have a lot of “extras” these days but every dollar counts.
