Joe Lax Open Heart Surgery Fund

Please help my brother, Joe, who just had open heart surgery. He is the sole provider for his wife and four children. His wife is a stay at home mom who home schools their kids, and Joe works as a self-employed over the road truck driver.
Due to a heart attack about 15 years ago, Joe has not been able to afford health insurance, and he will not be able to return to work for several months as he recovers. In addition to the surgery, there will be ongoing follow up appointments, rehabilitation, and a lifetime of medications; not to mention day to day living expenses.

Joe has always been there for others, so we're hoping others can help him out now.
