Hi, my name is Julia and I am starting this fundraiser for our dear friend Abby Kullen after the unimaginable loss of her husband Joe Kullen. Many thanks to all who have donated thus far through other avenues.

Joe Fucking Kullen was a kind & funny soul. He and Abby married in 2002 and began their love story adding in two boys, Dylan & Tyler. Joe served his country for 10 years before being honorably discharged.

After serving is when the real fun began for Abby & Joe, they enjoyed golfing, bowling & deck relaxing together. His love for sports, especially the Bears, Hawks & Cubs (until recently - them traitors ). Always down for a game of bean bags or a good road trip, whatever the occasion may be, it was evident you were to have a good time in his presence.

We all are missing JFK tremendously. Processing the thoughts of never seeing his smile in person again is a rough one, thankful for memories and many great pictures.

Please keep the Kullen family in your thoughts as they navigate this different life without Joe.

A celebration of life for Joe Kullen(JFK) will be held on 4-20-2025 from 1-7 at The Transco Event Center on Frederick. Feel free to wear your Bears or Hawkeye gear.
