Joe Joyce Fundraiser

UPDATE: For those who don’t know, Joe Joyce has passed since creating this GOFUNDME on April 19th, 2023. We will now be using the proceeds to cover funeral expenses and relieve the Joyce family of any financial burdens. Please consider donating as funeral costs are very expensive. I am creating this GOFUNDME because the Joyce family is in desperate need of our help. Joe Joyce has been dealing with some serious medical issues for the past years but nothing compared to the last few weeks. Joe who is a diabetic, has been diagnosed with Liver cirrhosis even though he is not a drinker. He is still very early in his diagnosis and may possibly need a liver transplant. On top of that, while in the hospital he developed a staph infection where they ultimately had to amputate his leg. He is currently in the ICU recovering from his surgeries but still has an extremely long road to recovery. Medical bills have currently put their family in a chokehold and they don't know where else to turn. They plan to use the proceeds to build a ramp to help their dad enter their home, buy a motorized scooter, a hospital bed and pay medical bills and expenses (things not covered by insurance). We are hoping this can give this family some relief and help better focus their attention to help Joe recover. If anyone knows this family know that they are the most hardworking people… they would never ask for help, but this time they are desperate. We want to make sure Joe is taken care of once he gets home and we’re praying that he does! Any donations will help ease the stress of their family as they go through this difficult time.
