Hello Friends,

Asking for help like this is the hardest thing I've ever had to do.

I'm a proud man but I find myself in difficult circumstances and need your help.

For the last six years I have been in and out of hospital battling heart and vascular issues.

I've had eight heart attacks, open heart surgery and seven vascular surgeries to stay alive.

My most recent surgery was a partial amputation of my left foot leaving me incapable of walking and I am in hospital rehabilitating.

All of this has financially broken me, I have been unable to work and all of my savings and credit have been used up just maintaining a place to live and paying my bills.

Unfortunately I have had to give up my apartment as I could no longer pay the rent. I am trying to get into supportive housing but it may take some time as the waiting list is long.

All my life I've been the guy people have relied on to make things happen for them, I don't know how to be this guy who reaches out but obviously I have to do anything I can to support my life and secure my immediate future.

So here I am asking for your help to make it through the coming months and pay down my debt. Until I can find a permanent, secure home that I can afford on my pension which is the only income I have.

I appreciate anything you can do to help me through this terrible circumstance that I find myself in.
