Local 63 Brother Joe Bullard is taking a leave of absence from work to care for his wife Robin. Her prognosis is terminal, and the hospital has discharged her so she can spend her few remaining weeks around her family, in the comfort of home. Due to the fact that Joe is not laid off or on disability, he is currently not receiving any money. This fundraiser is to help him meet his family's living expenses until he can return to work.
