Joe Brooks White Scholarship
Donation protected
If you had one day left on earth, how would you spend it? For our beloved Brooks, that was the philosophy in how he approached every day of his life.
Brooks had many passions, and the Aggie Corps was especially near and dear to his heart. A man of his caliber always leaves a legacy, and we have set up this fund to raise money for the Joe Brooks White Scholarship to be endowed at Texas A&M.
Eligible members of the Corps of Cadets will have the opportunity to receive $1,000 per year in Brooks’s name. Selection criteria will be established and guided by his loving wife Courtney, and a candidate will be chosen annually who best reflects the values and morals that Brooks exemplified and cherished.
We must raise $25k for the scholarship to be endowed by the university - this allows them to provide and manage a scholarship every year in Brooks’s name, in perpetuity. We can think of no better way to memorialize Brooks at a university he held so dear. We hope you’ll consider contributing to his legacy.
We are grateful for any donation, however large or small!
