My brother Joe and his family lost their house and most of their clothing in a fire caused by an acquaintance's standoff with police. The family was all at work during the incident and came home to the house surrounded by police. As it got later in the evening, they went and got a room at a local motel. When they came back in the morning, the standoff had ended with the acquaintance deceased and their home on fire.

The fire had a huge impact on the the roof and the top floor of the home. All of Joe's clothes, some furniture, some guitars and amps, other collectables, stuff he had of our dad's, and tools were burned up.

Joe needs clothes, and to replace tools for work. The house can't be lived in at this time. They need help getting something more stable than a hotel room.
