Hi,

Jody, is my good friend and neighbour, he lost his home today and his two dogs, Sammy and Pedro… He was doing a good deed at the time, bringing a friend some breakfast (me) and helping to get my heat going in my home. He sat and talked with me a while, and I stood up and looked out my window. His house was on fire. He has lost everything including his much loved companions.

He tried with all his might fearlessly to get his dogs out but it was just too engulfed with smoke and he could not save them. He is devastated.

Jody is a hard-working guy. He works seasonally as a fishing guide and renovation guy… he is the first guy out there to help someone in need.

It’s especially devastating for him especially since his season is about to start soon and he has not in a good financial position… he really needs donations of cash, clothing, food, and just about anything you can think of… he is a very proud guy and would never ask for help for himself.

I’m calling out to the community, his friends, my friends and everybody else’s friends as well as business owners, anyone that can help please show him some big love by donating to.him.

He also needs to cremate his two dogs that perished in the fire and has a long road ahead of him with clean up and moral support.

Jody has experienced a real streak of bad luck lately and recently also lost his beautiful live aboard fishing vessel as it sunk a few months ago this couldn’t have happened at a worse time for him, even his car isn’t running very good and needs work, any and all help that anyone can possibly give please don’t hesitate to get a hold of me. I will make sure he gets everyone’s messages and donations.

He’s gonna need a dump truck and excavator clean the property up. Anything anyone can do to help would be extremely appreciated.
