On the morning of April 27^th tragedy struck the Duwe and Niemyjski families. Jody Duwe picked up her granddaughter Nevaeh to take her to school on her way to work. On the way, a turkey struck Jody’svehicle causing her to go into the ditch. She was able to get back on the road however they were struck by an oncoming truck after crossing the center line. Both Jody and Neveah passed away.

Jody was known for her love of Nascar, wine, and her grandbabies. She was one to always lend a helping hand and would do anything if a person needed it. Neveah, for the bright light that she was where ever she went and her ability to bring neighborhoods together. Nev was so excited to have her new baby sister Riley to dote on along with her little brother Lincoln. She was truly an amazing big sister who took that role seriously.

This is a terrible unexpected tragedy for the families. This page is to help raise funds for the funeral expenses and other things that will come up along the way. Including the care of the farm while Bruce deals with stage 2 Small Cell Lung cancer.
