Hi, my name is Daniel and I’m fundraising for a great friend of mine (Santos Garcia) who recently lost his Mom.

Santos and I grew up together and can honestly say he is a brother to me. For any of those who have met him and his family, they are super humble with a heart of gold that would take their shirts off for anyone. I met Santos and his Mom while growing up as they only lived a few houses away from me. Santos was one of my best friends and with that came getting to know his Mama (Mrs Jody) very well. Mrs Jody was one of the most sweetest persons I ever met and would always open the door with a smile no matter what time it was when I would door knock her home looking for Santos. Mrs Jodi would always invite us inside with no hesitation and would open up her home as if it was our own. One of the most fond memories I have of Mrs Jody is her going all out and cooking a lot of delicious food for thanksgiving. Every single year she would always remind us not to eat a lot because she was preparing us extra food for us to dine with the Garcia’s. Some of my core memories growing up if we weren’t outside playing sports was inside of their home playing countless video games of WWF, Golden Eye, and Mario Party to name a few. But one common denominator that never changed was Mrs Jodi watching out for us, keeping us fed and keeping us happy and safe in her home.

I never got the chance to personally visit her and thank her for everything she did for us growing up.

As a small gesture and help my brother Santos out, I started this account. All the proceeds will be transferred directly to him to assist him and cover some of the expenses for the services of Mrs Jodi.

Santos just like his Mom have always never asked for anything but deserve it more than they know.
