Jodi Wilson Smith and her husband Casey were incredible people. But if you are reading this, chances are you already know that. Both had been through trials, challenges and illnesses that most of us will hopefully never experience. As the parents of 6 incredible kids, they were the kind of parents any kid would want, and any adult tries to be.
On May 10, 2021, the day after Mother's Day, Jodi passed away after a multi-year fight with ovarian cancer. This came on the heels of her husband Casey's passing in August 2019 after suffering from an in-operable glioblastoma (brain tumor).
These funds will be used to pay for education, sports, and/or missions for their children. All donations made here on GoFundMe will be transferred to that legacy account upon completion of this campaign. For those wondering, Jodi's sister and brother in law, Ann and Nick Morrell are now the legal guardians and the ones blessed enough to take care of the children.
