Hi, my name is Codie and my family is starting this fundraiser to help my mom (Jodi) with her medical bills while she’s fighting cancer for the second time. She lost her voice in December of 2023 and in January of this year she was told her cancer from 5 years ago had spread to her chest and lungs which have paralyzed her vocal cords to where she can’t talk which means she can’t work. She’s undergoing chemo treatments for Stage IV cancer and needs to focus all her energy on fighting. With her not working she needs help trying to get a handle on her medical bills. Anyone that knows my mom knows she never asks for help. My parents try and figure it out themselves but with her still paying off her medical bills from a few years ago on top of what she is dealing with now it’s getting to be too much and every little bit they don’t have to come up with themselves will help. Times are hard for everyone right now but any help will be greatly appreciated.
