Jodi DeYoung ALS Expenses

Donation protected

As you all know, Jodi was diagnosed with ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig’s on July 17th, 2020. As the disease progresses it robs patients of the use of their hands, arms and legs, as well as the ability to speak, swallow, and ultimately breathe on their own.

Jodi is now permanently in a wheel chair and will need a fully functioning motorized wheelchair that requires a lift so she can do every day things, such as reach up to counter height, shut lights off, etc. We are asking for any type of donation to offset the cost of the wheelchair as this is not fully covered by insurance. As well as the continuing day to day expenses.

Jodi continues to be a shining light throughout her diagnosis and keeps her attitude as positive as it can be through these difficult times. Shehas spent the majority of her life doing everything she can to help others and has been the definition of paying it forward. Please help us return the kindness back to her.

We will continue to post updates on Jodi and her ongoing process of this diagnosis.

Love always, and #KissMyALS
