Our dear friend Jocelyn Mendoza lost her battle to leukemia on April 9th leaving behind so many who loved her dearly including Greg and 2 boys. What has happened is beyond comprehension and we are all still in shock. This page is being set up to help with any financial burden they may be faced in this difficult time to come.

Jocelyn was loved by anyone who was blessed to have known her. She was an amazing mother, friend, and nurse. She loved her boys, Tyler and Malaki, fiercely and would have done anything for them. As a nurse she had a level of compassion that only few have. She could calm a laboring mom or anxious family with her gentle beautiful smile. She always knew the right words to say. She helped guide and teach so many new nurses and gave them the knowledge and reassurance they needed to help become better nurses themselves. As a friend, she was there for you anytime you needed no matter the hour, even while she was juggling so many things herself. She was continuing school, where she was pursuing her dream of becoming a midwife to help even more current and future moms out there, going to her boys soccer games, taking care of her goats and chickens. She had such a passion for life.

This fundraiser is being started as a way for all of those hurting that want to be able to help in some way. While we cannot take away their pain right now, Please help me in trying to relieve any financial burden they might have so they can focus on grieving.
