I’m reaching out during a difficult time in my life. I recently lost my job unexpectedly from being laid off due to budget cuts, and now I’m struggling to keep up with essential monthly expenses. While I’m actively applying for new opportunities, the sudden loss of income has made it hard to cover rent, utilities, groceries, and other basic bills.

I have several years of experience in customer service, healthcare administration, and insurance support. I’ve always taken pride in being reliable, hard-working, and helping others — whether as a Care Access Specialist, Sales Representative, or administrative support professional. I’m currently pursuing new opportunities and additional certifications to improve my future prospects
