On November 12th, 2023 my sister woke to a popping sound...her house was on fire! She barely had time to get her dog, and call 911, but sadly could not get her cats out. The fire department was able to get one of the cats, but sadly Lily, who ran behind the washing machine, did not make it. My sister Joan escaped with only the clothes on her back and lost everything. She is devastated and desperately needs our help. We will update you all when the Fire Marshall gives us more information. All monies raised will go towards clothes, food, vital necessities like winter coat, hat and gloves, etc.
