My name is Sinead. A week ago, on Monday, April 22 my mom, Joannie, fell and hit her head on a curb outside. She was taken to the hospital by ambulance and they determined she had two brain hemorrhages. Luckily, the bleeding has slowed down and she will not require surgery, however this will take quite a while for her to make a full recovery, so she will not be working and she will not be getting paid. We can't afford all the medical expenses, or really much of anything for now. We really are stuck here. Any donation will help, there is no such thing as a small donation. My mom has always been one to help others when they need it and she is a very selfless person. She is raising my sister and I and it's going to be hard for us to afford medical expenses and the cost of living in general with her on an unpaid leave for an undetermined amount of time.
