Dear Friends & Family -
For the past 18 months, our beloved Jo has been battling a mysterious illness. She has been to multiple doctors, has had numerous tests - all to no avail. We can't seem to nail down a diagnosis yet her symptoms are getting worse! Those symptoms have greatly affected her quality of life and both her physical appearance and emotional well being. We are DESPERATE for answers!!! We want to turn to Cleveland Clinic to see if those doctors can do a better job at helping her - but they are not covered under her insurance. And even with the insurance she has, she has been hemmoraghing money. As time marches on, Jo (and frankly all of us) are getting increasingly more anxious about what is happening to her - praying we aren't too late!
I am hoping with your help - to raise enough funds to get her to this top-rated medical facility to finally get some answers and a cure. The earliest we can get an appointment to the Cleveland Clinic is the early part of March. It is my goal to try to raise enough for an initial consult and then for whatever tests they deem necessary.
I am embarking on this fundraising effort without Jo's knowledge. I just feel like I have to DO something to get her the help she needs. Watching my sister suffer day in and day out has been vextremely difficult.
ANY amount you can contribute - no matter how small - will be DEEPLY and SINCERELY appreciated. ALL funds will be used STRICTLY for medical purposes! We just want to get Jo back to her healthy and happy self! All funds will be withdrawn by myself and transferred into a bank account that has been specifically set up for Joanne's medical expenses.
