The last two months have been rough for Joanne. She has dealt with many trips the ER and even had to stay in the hospital. Last month she got hit with the flu. Then a week later she needed to have a blood transfusion.
Recently Joanne experience extreme side effects from her oral chemo causing her mobility to walk or use her hands.
Then two weeks ago, Joanne had a lung procedure to see what was causing her to cough up blood. Last week doctors performed lung surgery. Doctors went in and saw that a lung tumor was bleeding. They were able to freeze the tumor. Doctors are hoping this will help stop the bleeding and prevent her from needing another blood transfusion.
Joanne has been emotionally and stressed these past two months. As you know joanne still works as a teacher. These different circumstances have cost her to miss weeks from work. My goal is to help Joanne out by providing for funds since she is not receiving a paycheck. Cancer does not affect only health, emotions but stress. I am hoping that you can help her out and not stress about finances but on her treatment to get better.
