On Wednesday evening, September 2nd, my mom Joanne received the news that she has stage 4 lung cancer. Our family is broken with the news and is rallying around her right now to support and comfort her. This news came as a complete surprise and were not prepared for the impact this would have on their lives, including financially. We are asking for some help to support them so their daily lives are not burdened by financial obligations to add more stress on top of this unbearable news.
