Hello family and friends of Joanna and the Rojas family.

As many of you might know, Joanna was recently diagnosed with breast cancer.

Back in April 2023, as she was playing with her daughter in her room she noticed a lump in her chest when brushing up against something and immediately knew she needed to get checked out.

After getting multiple tests and biopsies done, she was told that she has breast cancer earlier this June 2023. Joanna’s road is long. She needs a double mastectomy, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and more scans and tests ahead over the next few months and through the new year.

With todays costs of medical care through the roof, insurance not covering everything, and additional needs of the family during this challenging season, a little financial support is needed and would be very appreciated.

In addition to Joanna’s recent cancer diagnosis, two of her children have also been diagnosed with medical challenges within the same few weeks as Joanna’s news broke. The financial help will also support the Rojas family tremendously where medical bills have also started to accumulate for the children.

Joanna and Christian are currently living in Aurora, Colorado, just outside of Denver, with their four children, Trey, Jordan, Brynae, and Griffey. Joanna is part of a band and enjoys singing and playing the piano, spending time with her family, and is a huge Nuggets fan.
