This summer I’m trying to go to Florence, Italy for a Culinary Arts and Culture program where I’ll learn how to make classic Italian dishes and learn about local culture over the course of 20 days! I found the program through CIEE high school study abroad and thought it was a great opportunity. CIEE includes cooking classes, room and board, and day trips to the tuscan countryside and even to the coast. That being said it’s very expensive so any donation is appreciated!
