Joanie was involved in a car accident on February 1st. She was pinned between the seat and dashboard of her van. She sustained multiple injuries including, a broken wrist, broken knee cap, and a shattered femur. The femur re-construction required many pins, plates, etc. We are thankful to God that the injuries were not worse.

Many people have asked how they can help. Some people may not feel comfortable giving money, but for those that are fine with helping in that way, she has many needs:

1. Her portion of the medical bills is an undetermined amount at this point but is expected to be substantial.

2. Her recovery will be 3-6 months minimum, and she will not be able to work. She has rent, utilities, etc., that will need to be paid during this time.

3, Vehicle-she had liability coverage on her van, meaning it is a total loss. Any help towards vehicle costs is much appreciated!
