Joanna's fight against Leukemia

Hello! We are raising funds for Joanna, the five-year-old daughter of our good friend, Anand Rokde. Joanna was recently diagnosed with B-Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia and requires two and a half years of chemotherapy to help her overcome cancer. It is especially difficult to see Joanna's father, Anand, struggle to acquire finances for Joanna's treatment as he dedicates his whole life to serving the impoverished communities of North India, particularly the children. Joanna's family is unable to afford the cancer treatment on their income alone and would appreciate any help.

All the money raised here will go directly to Anand and his wife to pay for the cancer treatment and support their child through this extremely difficult time. The total amount necessary to pay for the treatment is around $8,000 (see below for payment details from the hospital). We are aspiring to raise around $10,000 to cover incidental expenses as well.
