Joan Martinez's Memorial Expenses

Joan Martinez is a proud wife and mother of four children. Raising her children and celebrating close to 35 years of marriage, she is a woman with a big heart who cares deeply for everyone around her. Joan is known to bright up a room with her infectious smile and is loved by everyone around her. She also has extended children who became her babies, she was everyones mother.


My mother Joan Martinez has been diagnosed with cancer. This cancer has affected her colon, kidneys and inner organs and has been declared as highly aggressive as of 12/20/2018. She has been taken off medical machines as per doctors request, and at the decision of my family, she is being made comfortable until she passes away in peace. 

My mom and my dad were never prepared for this to happen, and never so quickly. When mom was diagnosed, it was just last month, right before Thanksgiving. We were all happy to spend that last holiday with her. As it gets close to Christmas, there is no telling if she will make it, and none of our family members were prepared for this tragedy.
