My name is Anna Weber and I am raising funds for my good friend, Joan Brown, to cover the costs of her daughter, Whitney Knoy's, funeral. Joan does not have a bank account, so I am serving as a trust and paying vendors on her behalf for the funeral.

On the morning of December 25th, Whitney was found, having fallen down her outdoor back steps, where she suffered head trauma. She did not survive the frigid temperatures. On top of this terrible tragedy, her grieving family is now left with the unexpected costs of her funeral. Joan was recently deemed "medically fragile," and has been unable to work for the past few years due to significant health issues. If you are able to contribute anything to Joan so that she can give her daughter a proper burial, her family would be extremely grateful. Anything raised beyond the $8,000 goal will be put toward care of Whitney's 3 year old son, Remington.
