Hey everyone. My name is Sera Wakley-Caqusau.

I have started this fundraiser on behalf of Jo and T. As most of you know Jo and T had to uproot their lives in Leeton NSW and move to Sydney due to their beautiful baby boy being born with hypoplastic right heart syndrome. Jo and T have been so strong and have barely had any help along the way but the time has come that we need too help support them.

Any funds raised will go directly too Jo and T, to help support them with medical costs, getting to and from the hospital and also hopefully help them with finding a house.
