My friends and family, as some of know I'm having major shoulder surgery this Wednesday. The issue is that I will not be able to work for at least at 8 weeks. I'm extremely embarrassed for having to ask for help. I'm hoping to raise 5 to 6 thousand dollars to help with living expenses. Anything that you can do is greatly appreciated. Again, I'm so sorry for having to ask but I'm living paycheck to paycheck.  

UPDATE 

My surgery was supposed to be on a out patient basis. I ended up spending 5 days in the hospital. Some minor complications. I came home yesterday. Now I have to heal for two weeks before I start physical therapy. I'm hoping to be able to return to work in 6 weeks. The pain isn't that bad at all as long as my arm is at rest. If I move it the pain is intense but I'm keeping the pain medication to a minimum.
