Help Ace Get Back on His Paws!
Donation protected
Hello everyone,
Earlier this week, we took our dog Ace to the vet as he was limping heavily and eventually stopped walking altogether. Post-visit, Ace was diagnosed with a ruptured Cranial Cruciate Ligament (CCL) in both of his knees. In humans, the CCL is known as the ACL (Anterior Cruciate Ligament).
The vet has advised that Ace requires surgery to correct this issue, with the left knee requiring immediate attention and the right knee to be evaluated soon after.
The recommended procedure for Ace is a Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy (TPLO), which is crucial for him to regain his mobility and live a pain-free life. However, this surgery comes with a substantial cost, estimated to be around $16,000 CAD (including post-op medication, rehabilitation, etc).
Ace is a 3.5 year old XL American Bully who is a cherished member of our family. Those who know Ace personally know how loving and friendly of a pet he is and that he enjoys the company of everyone.
Your generous donations (no matter what amount) will assist us in covering Ace's medical expenses, including the cost of surgery, post-operative care, and rehabilitation. Every contribution, no matter how small, will make a significant difference in Ace's journey to recovery.
We appreciate any support in helping Ace get back on his paws, thank you!
