Jānis Riekstiņš Memorial Pool Fund

Jānis Riekstiņš was a beloved member of the Latvian community and tireless guardian of the pool at the West Coast Latvian Education Center. At the time of his passing, the equipment is aging and starting to fail, and in serious need of replacement. Due to his dedication to the pool’s upkeep, we would like to start a fund toward replacing the filters, pumps, and heater.  (We believe that the full equipment replacement will cost upwards of $40,000 but this fund will hopefully give us a good start on that.)
