My name is Bill Heineken. I'm from Kansas City, MO.

I have been an amputee since 1998. I am desperately in need of a new prosthetic leg. With insurance my out-of-pocket cost is $3500. I am unable to accommodate this cost alone. Without a new prosthetic leg I am in constant pain and find it difficult to maintain my responsibilities at my place of employment.
