John Francis Rayniak IV

John Francis Rayniak IV (also known as the superhero Johnny Quatro) born on Oct. 2nd, 2014, passed away on Jan 2nd 2015, due to a rare unknown condition. Johnny had been in the NICU at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin since birth for the past 3 months. Doctors tried everything possible to find out and stop his illness. We are asking to help his parents with months of medical bills, loss of work and funeral costs. He was and still is a sweet, strong, courageous little man and has made an impression on so many people in the short amount of time he graced this earth. Rest in peace little sweetheart. We know that The Lord is cradling you in His arms. We will see you again in Heaven.
