We could really use some help not to lose our home

I don't normally ask for help; this is kind of my last resort. Back in June, my boyfriend lost his job of 5 years and we got behind on rent. We both work full time and have been able to keep current on the situation but haven't really been able to pay the back rent.

Today, we got a text from our property manager saying they needed the full amount of the back rent we owe ($800) and the rent that's due August 1st ($950) before the end of the week. Otherwise, they are filing for eviction.

I put down $1750 for what we need because honestly, at this point, I don't know if we will have the full amount of $1750 by Friday or not. I don't know how to do any of this but I know we can't afford to lose our place. We would have nowhere else to go. We will be using whatever funds we have to pay our back rent and catch up
