Friends and Family -
I am excited to share an opportunity I get to take part in. K2 the Church, my home church for the last 5 years, is going on a Medical Missions Trip to Ekudzeni Carepoint in Manzini, Swaziland from June 11-23, 2016.
For years I have felt called to go serve at our carepoint and it never seemed the right time. I mean, really a trip to Africa seemed crazy!
But this year, as deadlines approached and began passing, I couldn't deny this was the time I was supposed to go. I jumped onto the team late and many had already been planning and fundraising for months. I know it will be a struggle to raise the funds and spend this much time away from home, but I can't deny this is my calling.

K2 The Church along with our partner Children’s Hope Chest ( www.hopechest.org/community/ekudzeni) are committed to help in Ekudzeni Carepoint, Swaziland by helping provide for children’s spiritual, physical, educational, emotional and social needs. We do this in two ways:
• Sponsorship: The people in our church already sponsor over 200 children in Ekudzeni in their monthly involvement (care, food, water, health care, education, discipleship, etc.)
• Relationships: Our church has been and will continue to send teams to Ekudzeni Carepoint, Swaziland every year for the next five years of our partnership with the church there.

I can't wait to be a part of this next team!
Our team will be providing medical checkups to children in the community and working with families as part of an ongoing partnership with the people of Ekudzeni.
Humbly, I’m asking for your prayer and partnership in a couple of ways in this amazing opportunity that is really important to me:
1. Prayer: Most importantly, would you please be committed to praying for me as I go out on this trip? Pray that I build relationships with the people in Ekudzeni and the team I will be working with. Pray that we are able to meet the needs that are essential to the people living there. Pray that I will be able to put myself aside as I care for others.
2. Financial Partnership: There is obviously a cost to go on this trip (approximately $3,500), and while it is significant, I believe that the value to meeting needs of the people of Ekudzeni and building relationships with them is well worth it! All team members (including me) will be contributing to their own trip expenses, but much of this cost will come from individuals like you who believe in this mission and the people going. Would you consider partnering with me to make this trip possible?

**IMPORTANT - If you would like your financial partnership to be tax-deductible, please mail gifts to K2 The Church with "Jason Willford Swaziland" on the memo line.
You may also donate online at http://www.k2thechurch.com/give-financially/. Click on" Click here to support K2" create an account and then in step 1 click on "One Time Gift." You will be given several giving opportunities one of which is Swaziland Mission. Enter the amount you wish to donate there, then- VERY IMPORTANT- type "Jason Willford June Swazi Team 2016" in the "Include a Message" box. Click "Next."

Thank you for taking the time to consider this partnering and supporting me! You are not only supporting me but our entire Ekudzeni Carepoint and their medical, physcial and emotional needs.
Thanks!
