Request for Support - Dream Holiday for Friends Diagnosed with Motor Neuron Disease

My name is Ursula, and I am writing to request your support for two close friends recently diagnosed with motor neuron disease (MND). MND is a progressive neurodegenerative disease affecting nerve cells controlling muscle function, impacting movement, breathing, speech, and swallowing.
