Earlier today, my sweet Bella was hit by a car, after escaping from the yard leaving her badly injured and fighting for her life. I rushed her to the emergency vet in Colorado Springs, and she needs urgent treatment: X-rays, surgery, and intensive care to survive and heal.

The estimated cost of her care is around $5000, which is far more than me and my family can afford on our own. Bella has a shattered left femur, and will need amputation, she also has some internal bleeding. She means the world to me; she’s not just a pet, but my best friend, my comfort, and my family. Seeing her in pain is heartbreaking, and I’m doing everything I can to give her the chance she deserves.
