Saving Hero

Hi everyone, my name is Cassandra and Hero is my service dog.

Unfortunately Hero has suffered a severe allergic reaction and we have spent the past 2 days in the emergency animal hospital. He has undergone multiple blood tests, x-rays, ultrasounds, etc. He is currently still in the emergency hospital getting IV fluids and more medications.  The vets have told me he will be in care for another 36hours and possibly longer depending on his condition. We believe he got the reaction due to rubbing up against a bush (named : burning bush) outside that we did not know was poisonous to dogs. Unfortunately my poor boy has gone through hell these past few days from passing out, throwing up blood, having blood in his stool, hiseyes swelling almost completely shut and nausea but he remains a strong boy and is fighting it.

For those of you who know Hero and I you know that he is my whole World. He has saved my life more times than I can count and he truly lives up to his name. 

I created this GoFundMe because I am having a hard time keeping up with the vet bills. Due to COVID and my disability I have been held back from working the past few months. Hero’s vet bill is currently up to 5000$ and possibly more depending how much more care he will need. I am asking my friends, family, and kind strangers to please help me raise funds to help my sweet boy get all the care he needs to come back home inmy arms soon. Any and all donates helpand I appreciate everyones help more than I can explain.
