Last year, I had the honor of representing Team California in Indiana, going 8-0 and gaining so much more than just wins. I found confidence on and off the mat, growth, and a deeper love for the sport. That trip helped me finish top 12 in the state this season, and now I’m more motivated than ever to reach the podium next year. This upcoming tournament is a big step toward that dream, but getting there financially is a challenge.
