We as QMC family would like to start this page for a great guy who was an important part of our family. Sadly Tom passed away suddenly, leaving his highschool sweetheart and their 2 young children.  Tom loved to share stories about his family and pride would shine through his smile when he talked about his children .

Tom had a way with making patients feel comfortable with a knack of making others laugh.  He touched the lives of so many  and will be missed.  

We would love to present his family with a donation of rememberance for the wonderful  guy that he was.
