Hello friends, family, and heart felt givers. My name is Darius Russell and I am the father of Adonis Russell. His Mother, Kiara Williams and I have started this fundraiser in hopes that we will be able to receive some help in order to fund Adonis's medical care. We have an appointment with the Functional Medicine Department of Cleveland Clinic on March 9th. Unfortunately, they do not accept our insurance. To give you some background on Adonis, he was born healthy on August 12th, 2011. Adonis's development was completely normal until he started recieving his immunization shots, specifically  the MMR vaccine. Vaccines have been linked to adverse effects on children. We started to see regression in his development. He went from talking and saying words to becoming completely non-verbal. On March 31st, 2014, Adonis was diagnosed with Austism Spectrum Disorder, as well as an epileptic seizure disorder. We did extensive research and found the Functional Medicine Department of Cleveland Clinic. Here is a link to learn more about their approach to austism treatment.

Adonis's initial appointment will cost $961 which does not include lab test or further treatment. I would like to thank anyone who can afford to donate towards our sons care. If you are not able to donate, your thoughts and prayers are appreciated as well.
