This is Leo, a young kitty, who came from a very traumatized past, his fur was matted and he was living on the streets, hungry, neglected and scared.

Leo was adopted and rehabilitated into a loving home. His family loves him so much and will do anything to save his life.

Recently, Leo had to be transported into an emergency hospital where he was diagnosed with a life-threatening bladder blockage needing emergency surgery costing thousands of dollars.

Leo has been transported and is currently hospitalized at the Animal Emergency Clinic of Rockford, 7145 Spring Creek Road, Rockford, Illinois 61107.

The family and Leo desperately need your help to get him the surgery he needs to save his life.
