Help During Recovery

Hello, my name is Tatse Knight-Fugett. I am a single father of two beautiful young daughters, ages 4 and 8. I have a medical condition that requires for me to have surgery, followed by a lengthy recovery period. I will not be able to work during this time. My company, unfortunately, does not offer short term disability, so I will be without a source of income for 3-4 months while I am recovering from my surgery. I am trying to raise enough money to only cover my bills and essential needs during my recovery. I will be forever grateful if you are able to help!
