Maurice (RJ) was in an hit and run accident on Friday, March 11th, 2016. He is 13 years old and in critical condition at Childrens in Dallas. He has damage to a ligament in his cervical spine, both of his legs are broken, a fractured skull, some internal brusing, fractured orbital bone and pelvic, and some bleeding on his brain. He does not have medical insurance. RJ is such an amazing young man. He always initiated games with his siblings, and will soon be able to again! His mom Monica (my sister in law I'm doing this for) has 6 other children and a job. She is doing an amazing job being there for them, working and at the hospital with RJ.
