JK is not kidding about cancer - Support Jeff Kirk

In today’s verbiage and barrage of acronyms “JK” is often just considered “Just Kidding” but in this instance JK is all about Jeff Kirk. Who is Jeff Kirk you ask. The truest (and most inspiring) person I've ever met in my life. One of my fondest memories is of a Diamond Coat dealer retreat in Colorado. We were sharing a jeep, the beautiful Colorado mountains and stories of near miss epoxy projects that we survived. Tales of near misses turned into sharing photos of countertops, shower inserts and fire tables. The photos lead to a conversation about techniques that most installers might not ever get. The one consistent element of this conversation and the hands-on portion of the dealer retreat is that Jeff is a true artist and master at his trade. Jeff’s simple approach to life and business is treat others like you would like to be treated and always…ALWAYS do your best for your customer. Jeff lives his life in this very manner. Always doing his best for his friends, family and fellow technicians. This artisan and amazing person is facing some personal challenges currently. Jeff has a cancerous growth that he is seeking treatment for and like any other obstacle in his life he is taking it head on…literally (Jeff's tumor is between his upper teeth and his nose. It is very close to his optic nerve and the base of his brain). Sometimes the person that always gives and supports others around him needs to be willing to accept some assistance from those that he has assisted. Here is an opportunity to support the most genuine person you could ever meet and be able to make a difference in his life.  This will give any and all of you the opportunity to contribute to Jeff’s recovery.
