Our good friends and co-workers Christina and Brad Hamilton were displaced from their home on Friday by a fallen tree and mudslide on the hill behind their apartment complex in Fairfax. They, along with their physically disabled mother, their two dogs and two cats, cannot return home until the damage is cleaned up and the building is deemed safe. There are many expenses they have already incurred including temporary housing and lost wages from missed work. The Book Industry Charitable Foundation (BINC) will match up to $2000 of our contributions to help our friends get through this tough time.
