New Year, New Drool for Kathy!

Hi everyone!
Friends of Kathy Peacock are back & requesting your help. Yes, we may still be crazy Basset folks, (and a few Beagle folks) but our dear friend and long time President of Suncoast Basset Rescue could still use some help.
As you may know, Kathy diagnosed with breast cancer in the summer. She had a mastectomy, completed chemo and recently started DAILY radiation treatments. As you can imagine, deductibles, co-pays and medication add up FAST. Additionally, Kathy's insurance monthly premiums increased and since it's a new year, there is a new $5,000 deductible she must meet. Daily radiation also causes her to miss work therefore her income has reduced.
When we think of Kathy we think of someone who drops whatever she is doing to take in a hound in need, young, old, in health or not so healthy. She donates more of her time than there are hours in the day - rescue is her life. She also is the first one to give to a friend when they are in need.
If you have anything to give, please consider it. Can you skip a lunch out this week? A cup of coffee? Maybe you were blessed with a bonus this year & can do even more.
Kathy is one of the strongest, most independent women we know and she'd never ask for help, which is why we're doing this for her so she can focus on her health in 2016 and not worry about medical bills, living expenses & costs of medication.
Any amount, great or small is very much appreciated.
